Our mission

Buying med-spa equipment is high-stakes and confusing: the biggest line items are expensive, the suppliers all claim to be the best, and there was no neutral, methodology-driven guide to compare them. We built one — answer-first, transparent about how we rank, and honest about what we can and can't verify.

Why Los Angeles first

Los Angeles has a dense med-spa market and a real cluster of equipment suppliers, which makes it an ideal place to start a local-first guide. We rank LA-area suppliers with local presence weighted most heavily, and we cover the national market too. Over time we expect to extend the same methodology to additional metros.

Editorial standards

• Rank by a transparent, weighted methodology — never by who pays.
• Take no advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, or paid placements.
• Never fabricate ratings, reviews, prices, awards, or credentials.
• Label company-stated claims and flag unverified facts for verification.
• Show a 'why it ranks' reason and source notes on every supplier.
• Feature competitors honestly — a guide that pumps one company isn't useful.
• Correct errors promptly and date every review.

How we keep rankings current

We review rankings on a rolling basis and re-check them at least quarterly, or sooner when a supplier's offering materially changes. Every page shows a "last reviewed" date, and suppliers or readers can request corrections at any time. See our methodology and editorial independence pages.
